Contributed critical elements to the development of an intranet website, eliminating dependency on a $30,000 monthly Salesforce file repository service. Created a series of modules to extract metadata from ZIP archived PDFs and stored the data in a SQL database used as a relational table to search by attribute and return PDFs located in a graph database. Set up instance of JanusGraph in a Docker shell on Linux EC2 with DynamoDB backend for migration of sorted documents from Neo4j.
Created a series of contract document templates with HTML and CSS to duplicate the functionality of MS Word versions. The templates allowed for a user to create, retrieve, and print sales documents as PDFs much faster due to reduced size, with no additional applications required on the device.
Used Appcelerator Titanium Alloy to troubleshoot sales applications for iPad and iPhone that use multiple APIs and vendor services, practicing a holistic approach and focusing on understanding the design of systems.
Built two cloud-based web applications to function as a full-screen presentation tool with a mobile remote control, using AWS S3, EC2, and RDS to complete a customized slideshow presentation solution. The remote features a timer, scroll buttons, a soft key to trigger dynamic content, and a database of notes for each presentation slide to be displayed on the remote app.
